The Why - We are seeing intermittent memory leaks that are affecting network performance in one of our Cisco routers, therefore we will need to perform an emergency upgrade to IOS (operating system). The upgrade will require the router to reboot which may cause up to 15 minutes of downtime for a small segment of our network in Los Angeles.
