Affecting Other - Complete Data Center Relocation
RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY OCTOBER 24th 2024 DUE TO HURRICANE FORECAST IN FLORIDA.
Maintenance beginning Thursday September 26th 2024 at 4:00PM EST / 1:00PM PST in our Jacksonville Florida Data Center (FL1) ONLY.
We will be relocating/collapsing our existing FL1 (Jacksonville) rack space into the FL2 (Tampa) facility in the same region.
We expect approximately 8 hours of downtime during the maintenance process for the relocation, including 3-4 hours of drive time.
Maintenance is expected to be reasonably quick and occur smoothly due to advance preparation by the FL2 facility/team.
However, it takes time to de-rack equipment, drive to the new facility (3.5 hours away), and re-rack equipment.
IP addresses will NOT need to change, other than a small portion of IPs supplied directly by the old FL1 data center.
