VPS are usually set up within 1-5 hours during business days, slightly longer during weekends, after payment has been confirmed and received.
...but please allow 24 hours before inquiring if not received, as once in awhile we do run a bit behind for manually provisioned services.

VPS service delivery is automated, and service will be provisioned automatically once payment is received/cleared.
